File description: Covariance matrix of inflow parameters (ecliptic longitude [deg], ecliptic latitude [deg], temperature [10^3 K], speed [km/s]) obtained from fitting the parameters to data set XXXX, where XXXX=2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 for separate seasons, and XXX=Global for a global fit.
